Cheap is a reasonable attribute.
Loud - your bike announces itself with its visual impact - what is the purpose in waking up the neighbours? This is not reasonable.
If you want it loud - just take the muffler off and run a straight pipe. There are a couple of earlier positings about this - Witch Doctor went this route a couple of years back.
Keep the stock muffler though so that when the noise attracts the attention of the local boys in blue and after you pay the fines for the noise you will still be able to put the muffler back on and continue riding.
